Day One On the Trail:
Breakfasts: Cereal & Milk, hard boiled eggs, hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot cocoa, hot apple cider), & orange juice
Lunch: Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches, Trail Mix, Dried Fruit from snack bag
Dinner: Brie Cheese, hearty bread
Fresh Carrots.
Spaghetti & Prego spaghetti sauce, Parmessan
Desert: Peppermint Patties
Day Two on the Trail:
Breakfast: Hot Oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon, walnuts, & powdered milk
Hot drinks
Lunch: Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches, GORP, Dried Fruit from snack bag
Dinner: Cheese & Crackers Fresh Carrots
Bean, Cheese & Rice Burritos on a wheat tortilla with sauted bell pepper, onion & garlic & hot sauce - yum.
Desert: Almond Rocas
Day Three on the Trail
Breakfast: Karen's Cheesy Whole Grain Pancakes, butter & syrup & hot drinks
Lunch: String Cheese, Crackers, left-overs & your provided snack bag
