Stir Fried Veggies, Chicken, & Cashews on Rice.

Day One On the Trail:
Breakfasts: Instant Oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, hot drinks (coffee, tea,
hot cocoa, hot apple cider), & orange juice
Lunch: Turkey &Swiss Hoagie Wraps on Corn Tortillas, Trail Mix,
Dried Fruit from snack bag
Dinner: Salame, Brie Cheese
Gluten-free spaghetti noodles and sauce
Desert: Peppermint Patties
Day Two on the Trail:
Breakfast: Oatmeal, raisins & powdered milk
Lunch: Tuna, Mayo, Relish Wraps on Corn Tortillas, Trail Mix, Dried Fruit from snack bag
Dinner: Cheese & Salami
Bean, Cheese & Rice with sauted bell pepper, onion & garlic on a Corn Tortillas & hot sauce - yum.
Desert: Almond and Cashew Roca
Day Three on the Trail:
Breakfast: Karen's Cheesy Pancakes made with Gluten-Free Pancake mix, butter & syrup, bacon & hot drinks
Lunch: String Cheese, Beef Sticks, Lara Bars & your snack bag
